Teleio Solutions OPC (“Teleio”) respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

What we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and optionally your mobile number, business name and the message you write.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to provide the services you asked for. We don’t sell or share your information for marketing.

Website analytics and cookies

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website, so we can make it easier to use. Clarity collects usage data such as the pages you visit, where you click and scroll, and your device and browser type, and uses cookies to recognize repeat visits. It does not record what you type into our contact form. This data is processed by Microsoft on our behalf, as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Spam protection

To protect our contact form from spam, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser for signs of automated activity. This check is handled by Cloudflare, as described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that don’t lead to a project are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email helpdesk@teleiosolutions.com and we’ll respond within 15 days.
